This is an original antique c.1880 advertising business card for J.W. Martin & Brother of Rochester, New York, Agents for Western New York for the Celebrated Steinway and Chickering Pianos.     This card is printed on light cardstock and measures about 4.25” x 3”.    The card lists the brother’s names as J.W. Martin and Hosea Martin and has an electrotype cut of a piano on the front.    The back of the card is printed with the names a few other piano brands sold by the company with the word “STEINWAY” overprinted in large letters.    This card isn’t dated but came with other material from the 1880s and looks to be from that time period.    The card has a small spot on each side.   Overall condition is very good.
