This auction is for an antique, 19th century, stretched canvas Oil Painting which is signed by the American maritime and genre artist, E.G. Lewis. Executed in 1882, this original Oil Painting depicts a group of Victorian men & women on a Riverboat Steamboat. One of the women is holding a painted hand-fan and a man in front of her is sitting on a folding stool, with a cane in his hand and a leather valise by his feet. There is a young lady just staring at the water and a sailboat is sailing in the distance. The surface of this 19th century Oil Painting has an old, overall and even craquelure and under a strong blacklight we found a couple of tiny, invisibly in-painted restorations. This American Oil Painting is now ready to display and comes in the original, 18” by 22” black over gold painted frame, which has some light surface and edge wear. … As always, you will find that this 19th century, E. G. Lewis, Maritime Oil Painting has been listed without any reserve!

UPS is also using a new billing structure which calculates the cost of shipping using Dimensional weight instead of the actual weight of the package. More information about this change can be found on UPS’s website and if you see an increase in the shipping calculator, this is why.
If you find that there is a discrepancy between eBay's estimate and your invoiced shipping cost, we apologize.We are currently working closely with eBay to have the calculator provide accurate costs. In the meantime, we are manually and accurately adjusting each invoice after the close of the auction. We assure you that we do not make money on shipping! We also assure you that we properly and professionally pack every item as well as fully insure each package. At the end of each day, any buyer who has paid $5 or more over actual shipping costs, will receive a refund!
Payments:
Payment must be received within 5 days of receiving an invoice. If payment, or contact from the buyer, isn't received within 5 days, an eBay dispute will be opened. This dispute will be closed within 4 days after being opened and the item will be re-listed.  If you have a problem, please call us and we will help you solve it. 
If you do not want your item shipped immediately (within 24hrs) please get in contact with us before paying! If you need additional time to pay, if you are interested in combining shipping with other items, or if you are interested in a pick-up or delivery, please contact us before paying. Once an item is paid for, we are obligated by eBay to ship it within 24hrs or we incur a penalty.
If this item is listed as freight please message us for an accurate shipping and packing quote before bidding. Freight invoices are figured and sent the morning following the auction’s close.
Online market facilitators such as eBay are required to collect and remit sales taxes for online purchases in some states. eBay will add the sales tax at checkout and collect the tax from the buyer and remit it to the state. Shipping:
We do not make money on shipping. We try our hardest to charge accurate shipping costs and are always sure to properly and professionally pack every item we ship!**
After you pay: We can only ship to the address listed on your eBay invoice. If you have a special address that your item needs to be shipped to, it must be reflected on your invoice, or we cannot ship it there. 
If this item is listed as Freight please click "Contact the Seller" and send us your zip code or country code. We will send you back an accurate shipping/packing quote before the end of the auction. Most freight items are still shipped via UPS Ground, however some are too large and will be shipped via SEKO Worldwide.  Please be sure to message us for a quote so that you know how much this is going to cost before bidding.
US Buyers: The shipping calculator on the auction is an estimate and actual charges will be figured at the close of each auction. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground however, if you prefer USPS this is also an option. Any item that sells for over $250 must be sent with signature required and if you choose USPS, it will be shipped via express mail.
International buyers:  Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping & customs charges and we WILL NOT LIE on customs forms. This is illegal and is against eBay’s policies. All items that sell for over $250 are sent via express mail. If you have questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
